    There is no problem in this case, simple common sense equals to......
    Pay the medical staff as much as the politicians, if not more, and equivalent to what they are receiving abroad!!
    Secondly, provide free accommodation for doctors, nurses and teachers, give them incentives such as car loans etc, and the doctors and nurses will return, after all "there is no place like home"
    Doctors, nurses and teachers are doing jobs that most politicians are not qualified to do, but any doctor, nurse, or teacher can be a politician, so, let common sense rule!!
    There should be a referendum on this suggestion.
