    It really was very informative thanks a lot although I have a doubt that if the difference between column and beam center line is 4-6 inches can we still analyze by considering the center line to be same without actually applying rigid links?

      Yes, within 6", it is ok to model beam and column on same center line.

    What if the beam is continuous and it doesn’t pass through the column joint like the example shown in the beginning, should we assign a link too?

    Is it safe, if my beam is on the edge, but I am assigning or modelling it at the centre of column??? Thanks for the video

      Yes, within 6", it is ok to model beam and column on same center line.
