In this video we teach you how to set up the Amazon Luna Gaming Controller. With the Luna Controller you can play games on your phone, on your fire TV or on your TV if you have an Amazon Fire Stick Connected to the TV.
How To Set Up Luna Controller
1. The Luna Controller will work with Fire TV Sticks, Fire TV's or Your Smart Phone you will need one of these to play games with your Fire TV controller.
2. Download and install the Luna App on your Smart Phone.
3. Set up a username and password if you have not already done so and login. If you already have an amazon account login with your Amazon account on the Luna app.
4. Insert batteries into your Amazon Luna Controller.
5. Follow the instructions on the Luna App to connect your Luna Controller to the Luna App.
6. Once your Luna Controller is connected to your Luna App you can connect your Luna Controller to your TV to play games on your TV.
7. Download the Luna App on your Fire TV and open it.
8. Your Luna Controller will then connect your Fire TV.

I think probably both. Lina is a game streaming service and not something that runs on the bare metal.
