But alot of sources have said everton havent broke it but have been close to breaking it. And if everton have broken it, it is also the premier leagues fault! As the club had a period where they wouldn't do anything that cost money without consulting the Premier league finance devision where they would have to sign off on spending within the club

For people who don’t know it’s easy to beat 71 depth, play slow build up, direct passing and 40depth and you just pass through them like a hot knife through butter, easy as hell and you always have defender back to cut out the counters
