My voltage is 12.6 or 7 but when I try to started it’s not starting meanwhile I just changed the starter , it klick but didn’t start….. any suggestions
I would check all the wiring connections, power and grounds. Make sure they are all clean and tight. I had a bad ground from the engine to frame cause a no start on me a couple weeks ago. Hope you figure your problem out soon. Let me know what you find.

You're welcome. Ive seen this problem a fair bit. Usually the switches are mounted in a place that is hard to see and service.
I have a 2014 I don’t see a batt disconnect near my batts. Showing 13v on batt 11v on dash.
Check all your starter connections. Some trucks use it as a junction point for power. Hope it works out for you. Let me know how it goes.
