There's a restaurant in Alfornada that sells an egg power Lv. 2 meal, it's a little lazier than making a sandwich and it isn't a bad place to hatch eggs, either!
Thank you for the info. Got myself perfect iv ditto from Japan and then did the destiny knot to get one my favorite mons (mimkyu)on 3rd egg!!!!! Was trying to get the shiny but this was a nice surprise
Please respond to this. So can I get my Pokémon’s ivs to best without a Pokémon that has best stats? Cos I started this with a Charcadet and a ditto and none of them had a fantastic IV. But the current generation does and the rest of that stats are “very good” except health and sp. Attack and the IVS aren’t getting better. So can someone help
I’m still trying to determine whether or not IV breeding affects shiny odds like it used to or if my rng luck is really that awful. Hatched a shiny in about 100 eggs while still trying to build perfect parents. Now that both parents are perfect, I’m sitting at around 700 and haven’t hatched one since. 😢
One advantage of breeding down the egg moves: if you ever remove an egg move, you can relearn it without the need for a picnic or another pokemon that knows the move. Also, I haven't tested, but if you are going to be breeding down IVs anyway, just use a mirror herb to pass the egg moves you want to the mother/non-ditto breeding pokemon. This should give the hatched pokemon those egg moves the "proper", relearnable way without the hassle of setting breeding chains. Lastly, the sparkling pokemon you find in the open world are great as your initial breeding stock. While you can't pass down their tera types, they have some guaranteed perfect IVs (3, I believe) and usually have egg moves too. The same goes for den-captured pokemon, I got applin with all four possible egg moves by merely breeding a den-captured one-star applin, which came with the 3 hardest to get egg moves, with an evolved one that knew recycle.
If both parents are 6 IV and one is holding a knot, you’ll guarantee the egg is 5IV. The last IV being perfect is a 3.1% chance of being perfect. If you hatch a shiny, same odds apply.
Is the shiny determined from the moment u get the egg or the moment it's hatched cuz I saved before my eggs hatched for 5 6iv eggs that are one step from hatching I'm about 600 hatch's in masuda method and all wondering if I'm wasting my time trying to get a perfect iv shiny soft resetting these hatchs
I’m here to boost the algorithm bc this is the kind of info I like to see. But also just so we’re clear. In order to reach six star raids we need to host a few matches to unlock them right?
Happy egg hatching!
is there a way to always keep the ability of the parents, or is that random?

THANKS THIS IS SO HELPFUL OMG! LOVE THE VIDS KEEP IT UP
Thanks to you I was able to get my ditto!!! Thank you so much
Is there a way to guarantee 6iv for when you’re trying to breed a shiny or is it a rare chance to get a 6iv shiny?

about to breed for a shiny charmander lets get it
Hope that went well for you. Got mine in less than 100 eggs.
@@LetholdusKaspyr lucky lol
@@LetholdusKaspyr no you didnt
@@FrostDrift69 Sure did. Luck happens sometimes. Having the charm helps - the rest is just RNG, which usually hates me.
Can you breed charcadet or do they need to be evolved?
You can breed charcadet
Great guide!
You can’t breed with baby Pokémon class.

i think you are
someone traded me a perfect ditto that was german for my trash ditto, bless them, i didn’t even realize it was perfect at first

beat the post game tourney and then play in 5 star raids in your game. Within 5-10 raids you will unlock 6 star raids
@@PanFro Thank you, I just got the message! I want my Ditto so bad d ; - ; b
Hope I can Hatch 1
How do you get your graph to show words instead of numbers?
Hit + to show the IVs. You unlock the feature at a pokemon center once you have beaten the game
@@PanFro oh okay awesome. I’ve still got a few gyms and titans left
