Hampshire Flyer we really appreciate what you do however I think you can help more. I'm a commercial drone pilot also, somewhere else in the world, I specialize in photogrammetry. I'm trying to really improve crop circle interpretation and hopefully unify the crop circle community a bit more. Have you ever looked into photogrammetry or orthomosaic mapping? I feel it would be one of the most valuable resources for us to work with if you could produce these maps for us. It would allow for very precise measurements thus more accurate mathematical/geometric interpretations. There are a few bits of free software out there which include autopilot function. It seems a waste of air time for just photos and video, it would also relieve the farmer of people walking around the fields for measurements. Have a look and just ask if you need help. Cpt.Wrigley
