You sound the horn at the W6b signs. They are two triangles with cars in them stacked on top of each other. You also sound the horn at the W6 signs. These are just a blank triangle.
So I've looked in the menu and seen that Track IR is available. I'm not sure the relationship between Tobii and Track IR, but I have seen there is a RUclips video where someone uses Tobii on SimRail. Good luck!

Does the Tobii eye tracker work with this?
I believe it does. I have seen an option for it (I think) I'll log into it later and confirm for you though just to be sure 😄
