Snadi didnt say how much kv does it have on its main toraidal, unlike one solar that says it has 2kv. Do you think the peak power of snadi is the same with one solar at 3kw? Can you do a stress test of both to determine if one solar is really better in handling peak power?
your effective continuous load is only 800w, its surge capability is only useful for motorized load. So if you plan to use this 1Kw Off Grid Inverter, I would suggest to get your inrush current of your inductive load to design your system properly
For my experience one solar is better in LVD range to 8.5v to 13.5v unlike snadi the LVD 12v. And additional 5 mode setting and you don't need to see user manual bcoz in the LCD it's show the icon of error or fault .

ill go for 24v system. higher voltage is better in managing the load. pero kung baguhan ka, stick to 12v. may battery balancer ako kaya wala akong problema sa 24v setup.

Do you why 12v inverter is more igbt than to 24v?
P = V x I is the simplest answer. The higher your voltage, the lower your current.
You forgot to mention the type of the transistor what are the value of those two inverters.
