Opel Corsa Opc & Vauxhall Corsa Vxr, Xenum T Flush - Limpieza caja de cambios M32- gearbox cleaning

Hola a todos! En esta ocasión vamos a limpiar el interior de la caja de cambios M32 de primera generación, con el producto detergente Xenum T Flush, para seguidamente llenar con valvulina original de Opel Ref. 93165290.
Este modelo de caja de cambios lo llevan muchas marcas como Opel, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Chevrolet, etc, teniendo como problema común la rotura de rodamientos,en especial de la 5º y 6º marcha, ya que disponen de un diámetro pequeño para la fuerza que tiene que aguantar así como la falta de lubricación y exceso de temperatura de la misma.
El restyling de la caja de cambios introducen unas guías de lubricación que se puede observar en la carcasa del exterior de la caja, que lubrica directamente esos rodamientos.
Para solucionar el problema, os invito a buscar en foros ingleses, incluso en foros rusos, donde gente especializada en el arreglo de este tipo de cajas, introducen más cantidad de valvulina de la marcada por el fabricante.
Antes de realizar e introducir más valvulina, consultar que caja de cambios tenéis buscando en internet, si tenéis el restyling no hace falta subir la capacidad, de ahí que es mejor googlear y asegurarse.
En este caso, el fabricante marca como mantenimiento, cuando cambias la valvulina, la introducción de 2.2 litros, siendo 2.4 si la caja se desmonta por completo, lo que se deduce es que 0.2 litros siempre se van quedar en el interior de la caja aún teniendo el tapón quitado, por eso he realizado un enjuague con valvulina nueva antes de introducir la definitiva.
En los foros mencionados anteriormente, indican un beneficio de lubricación para los rodamientos así como el descenso de temperatura la incrementación de 0.3 a 0.6 litros, sabiendo que la caja ya dispone de esos 0.2 litros que no van a salir cuando vacías la valvulina, para disponer de 2.6 litros totales habría que añadir 2.4 litros, en mi caso para tener 2.7 litros totales, he añadido 2.5 litros, y así sucesivamente, habiendo foros que añaden un total de 3 litros.
