The end result looks pretty good, however, I would be concerned with the wire connections using just electrical tape. Solder and heat shrink would be best. You could also use automotive splice connectors. Posi-Products makes several varieties of splice connectors that would make the installation much cleaner and safer.👍🏼
thanks, solder and heat shrink and splice connectors are also good other options, I use what's best for every application, not everything has to be solder or heat shrink. I give all my electrical wiring a professional factory look.
I also was concerned about the electrical tape being used, I cringed a bit. Tape left to the elements will dry out and may cause an electrical short, who knows when that will happen, hopefully not at night.
Question i have a hood led sequential strip its running along my headlights and grill.. I think you solved my problem . The past 3 days I've been trying to figure out why the turn signal function is distorted while the car is running and when its off with in accessory mode they blink like they are supposed too. I think its because I have my ground wire on a bolt and the power wire tapped into my fuse box instead of tapping directly into my DRL wires.
Yes, Leds lights should always be connected directly to headlights or drl to function properly, only tapp into fuse box if you need constant power or switch power for anything else.
yes its on amazon www.amazon.com/iJDMTOY-Illuminating-Headlight-Honda-Accord/dp/B00OPEFKBQ/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1UDKCD7S8JXPU&keywords=2015%2Bhonda%2Baccord%2Bdrl%2Bled%2Bstrip&qid=1707081772&replacementKeywords=drl%2Bled%2Bstrip&sprefix=2015%2Bhonda%2Bacccord%2Bdrl%2B%2Caps%2C101&sr=8-5&vehicle=2015-59-751------------&vehicleName=2015%2BHonda%2BAccord&th=1
That usually happens if one of your signal bulbs are blown or if you replace your original bulbs with led signal bulb, replacing the bulb with original bulb will fix that issue.
I have a 2017 Honda accord LX and don’t have the OEM drl strip, where would I connect the red and black wires to? I’m not going to be using the turn signals. Please help
Black and Red wires connects to the same power that powers your head Lights, use a volt meter to figure out witch wire is positive and ground/negative.
@@Vtobadillo2580the headlights as in my low beam drls or the middle bulb? I don’t have a volt meter, I can just get a diagram on what wires to splice.
Are those morimoto LED low beams? I see you don't have a rubber dust boot over it. Does that create headlight moisture issues? Or led failure from carwash etc? Been thinking about upgrading...thank you for your time
I had doubts when you decided to put them at the bottom, but it looks good after seeing the end result. Nice job!!!
Thank you
Wow I though the same.....
True, it seems more premium imho and subtle not too loud so to speak
este cel mai frumos videoclip si mai clar explicat din cate am vazut pana acum...multumesc frumos celui care la facut...aprecierile mele !!!!
Thank You 👍

Looks great some of the outside housing ones kinda look weird but this one works
Thanks 👍

Do you have the link for the light strip inside the headlight on the bottom, the white looking one?
yes its on amazon www.amazon.com/iJDMTOY-Illuminating-Headlight-Honda-Accord/dp/B00OPEFKBQ/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1UDKCD7S8JXPU&keywords=2015%2Bhonda%2Baccord%2Bdrl%2Bled%2Bstrip&qid=1707081772&replacementKeywords=drl%2Bled%2Bstrip&sprefix=2015%2Bhonda%2Bacccord%2Bdrl%2B%2Caps%2C101&sr=8-5&vehicle=2015-59-751------------&vehicleName=2015%2BHonda%2BAccord&th=1
Is it possible to connect it so that only the turn signal works, without the lights. I want to save my lights?
@lukaaleksic1108 yes don't connect the red wire, the red wire is for the white led
The light strips are hyper flashing when I turn on the turn signals or hazard lights. How can I fix this?
That usually happens if one of your signal bulbs are blown or if you replace your original bulbs with led signal bulb, replacing the bulb with original bulb will fix that issue.
Was there a gap already in between the headlight and bumper? Are you concerned the bumper might unclip itself more easily
No gap bumper still clips with no problem.
That's nice. I wish you could do mine. I don't know this video doesn't have more views.
i tghink they look loads better at the bottom of the light where you put yours
Thank you, I do so too
What size length did you order? I have a 2015 accord as well
I have the 24inch its a big longer than the headlight but also can be hidden behind the grill. Hard to find the exact length.
Nice,... really appreciate the video
how did you chrome delete the grille? is it a vinyl or aftermarket grille?
Vinyl chrome delete kit
@@Vtobadillo2580you have the link? Thanks
That's sick man good job
Thank you

Yes, connect to low beam
@@Vtobadillo2580I’m sorry but it’s the middle headlight of the 3 right or the farthest from the indicator?
Your driving lights is your low beam

Its a different brand led, and they do come with a rubber boot to keep water out, just hard to see.
The king blue light I see what bulb is it the one inside the headlight not the strip
My headlights are LED Bulb
Does this work on older car? Specifically that doesn’t have DRL cable/features
Yes this light will work on any car, ...for cars that don't have drl the light can be connected to the headlights.
@@Vtobadillo2580 ohh alright then. Thank you😁
Did you buy those fog lights like that or you tinted them yourself?
Tinted myself,
These lights are barely visible during the day. Less than a month the bulbs start going out.
Probably a defective set, had mine for 8 months works perfectly fine.
Am I wrong but seems like you also have the plug in drl strip in the headlight?
The headlight and Drl are 2 separate connections
@@Vtobadillo2580 im not wording it correctly , but im saying you have another drl strip inside the headlight where the original drl bulb is at?
Yes I do
Nice!!!!
Thanks!
