This ghost is my favorite spirit. Julie and I have a long history . From the first time I told this spirit's tale to A&E for "More haunted houses" 26 years ago we have been friends. She took a full ride on my back and we skipped merrily down the street togther. She was happy, I was elated but I did need remove her to go about my day. She was indeed a hitchhiker. Julie keeps me close, and now the woman she lives with for over a decade is moving.
