@forevertransfers hi, does forever have a definitive solution for white flecks adhering to A-Foil in non-toner areas after marrying A+B. Using forever laser dark low temp.
Upon transferring to fabric, some of the white-toner design was ripping off the shirt and staying adhered to the A-Foil.
Recently encountering lot of residue off the B paper sticking to A paper on blank spaces... thus ruining a print.
Appreciate it @forevertrnsfers have a solution.

Hi Bilpat5123, sounds like you're having some heat press issues. You need to check you pressure and temperature. you can use a digital heat sensor to check if the temperature of the heat press is correct. and as for the pressure, there is a little trick to see if you have the right pressure setting - you open the press and place 4 pieces of paper on each edge, close the press and if you can remove them pieces of paper, then you are not using enough pressure. if, on the other hand you pull and tear the paper, then you are using too much pressure. you should be able to pull the pieces of paper, so they move just so slightly, without tearing. Once you have each of the pressure and temperature settings set up, the all the problems you mentioned will disappear. Assuming you are using the correct transfer settings, which we mentioned in the printing instructions. obviously, our settings are a guide and each person, heat press, and country of the world has their own humidity settings. so please test.

@forevertransfers hello, thank you for the detailed response, I am using the hotronix fusion heat press so they are pretty accurate, after trial and error the only way I overcame this issue is by lowering the temp on the heat press. The guide says it needs to ve about 150-155degrees c to marry A paper to B paper, I have to dial it back to 145degrees Celsius to get better results, I am not sure if this will affect the longevity of the print??
