"Hide and seek" was literally the first song I ever heard of yours and it brought me to tears the first time I listened to it. You truly are an inspiration 😊🌹
That about your 'Hide and Seek' playing on the radio. You know stores often has a song playing in the back of the store to give a nice feeling? I walked into one and heard 'Breath In' playing. I was so surprised since your music isn't that famous here. It really made my day.
Hey Imogen, first off I am a massive fan of your work , thank you for emanating such beauty into the world, you inspire me! Thank you also for posting these videos. Its really nice to see an artists process and not just the glitz and glam at the end. Im currently in architecture school and going through the ups and downs of the creative process and its comforting to see someone who I greatly admire also push on through the ups and downs of it all!
Love that she got excited about her song being played on the radio 'cause that's what it's all about, I also love the painter smirking in the background :D
imogen, i absolutly love these vblog updates. just wonderful! and know that in america hide and seek is played... a LOT. i do hope that when you have finished this amazing house you show us all of it!
It was funny when you mentioned some guy who was really really attractive and completely hopped on that train of thought and had to find your way back to the blog! I'm the same way. There are some hot guys out there these days . . DAMN! : D
This is great! If I wasn't a total fan I am now. Someone else in the world that can talk like that ( I do too). LOVE the house :) Great! Beautiful studio to. I wish I could have had some hours in there.
sweet! always nice to see an email coming in saying imogen heap has posted a new blog... majorly improves an otherwise relatively dull working day in front of the pc :)
Edwardian Lemon? Did Prince Edward like a specific shade of yellow? Interesting. I really like the way so many things in the house are symbolic of something important to you. it shows how you appreciate what you have and where you have been. blessings!
Haha, I was trying to figure out the significance of the line "trains and sewing machines" in the song "Hide and Seek" for some time, and just as I was about to give up, and look up some lyrics or something, I started watching this. This is hilarious, it was just something she painted on her ceiling!
Trains and sewing machine... :D Very clever, me thinks! So how does it feel to hear yourself on the radio? I hope you're pleased with yourself ^.^ you deserve it!
