Primal Movement Workout - 15 Minute Follow Along

  • Welcome to part 20 of the Intermediate Movement Drills Series. Here's a library of 10 animal flow exercises that I love to use. This is an excellent foundation of bodyweight exercises that will get you strong and improve mobility and coordination with no gym equipment.
    Here are 5 simple rules I recommend to kickstart your bodyweight movement journey:
    1. Move every day.
    2. Move for at least 10 minutes.
    3. If you can’t move every day - because life happens - just hit a weekly minimum target of 70 minutes of movement drills.
    4. Watch your body get strong, mobile and persistent.
    5. Thank yourself for showing up.
    Use this Video as one round.
    Add rounds depending on your time and your training level.
    You can either repeat this drill or choose another video of my YMVMT drills series.

    I'm so grateful with you and your generosity sharing this training. This animal flow exercises keep your whole body in tone, the duration of 1.30 min. let you play, feel deeper and re-know your movements. I loved it. Thanks so much
