I know I used Proteus fine tune but unfortunately I can't remember what exact settings I had it set to, all you can do is experiment and see what looks best to you really. It might be worth looking at the Topaz video enhance AI group on Facebook if you have it as the community there often share tips and settings that they've used on their projects.

how did you change the aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9? Did you just zoom in?
This video was always 16:9, I didn't change the aspect ratio on this. Though I did change it on my m'era Luna 2005 remastered video.

I'm pretty sure the vocals were overdubbed in studio. A lot of bands have done "live" albums that way.
