I loved miss Ellie.. she most loving and caring mother. The writers of Dallas always wrote her parts in a very motherly way. I remember watching the Dukes of Hazard, Dallas, and Knots landing or Falcon Crest on Friday night. As I got older I missed many episodes of Dallas. Now that I'm retired.. I was able to binge watch all 14 seasons. It was sad to see characters leave. Plus I hated to see Dallas end but all good things must come to an end eventually. I wish I would've binged this show earlier while my mother was still alive. I know she'd really enjoyed it. I'm pretty sure she missed the last four seasons of it. I do however remember her guessing on WHO SHOT JR, ...Dallas had very exceptional writers on its staff. I guess that's why it made 14 seasons!! 1978-1991..!!!! Thanks guys for the family Friday night show !!
I don't think it was the only time April had a scene with the great Miss Ellie, she had many scenes, while Miss Ellie was still on the show, before her departure.
@@nascarfan88ta Still it was strange and weird that BBG was not on the final season of Dallas!!! By the way, check out BBG in Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo!!! There exists an alternate ending where BBG serves James Stewart a stiff drink!!!
@@joekasprowicz2635 Whatever the case, it was strange and weird that Barbara Bel Geddes was not on the final season of Dallas!!! By the way, how come they were so mean to Donna Reed??? I heard that BBG had to have a bypass operation in '83 and/or '84 and the operation just couldn't wait!!!
@@joekasprowicz2635 no Joe it was a combination of salary reasons and her role being reduced in the show. She left the show for health reasons during the 6th season (why she missed the first 12 episodes of that season)
Wish this was me on my wedding day marrying Bobby James Ewing. He goes outside waiting for me to walk down to greet him as the priest has us saying our vows to each other then we were announced Mr and Mrs Bobby James Ewing, Bobby lifts my vail giving me a kiss and hug says I love you liane Ewing I say I love you too Bobby Ewing forever and always can’t to start our future together then we start our family
