I can relate so much to these awkward kitchen moments. It happens even when I think Im organized and even after years in the kitchen. Thanks Amanda for bringing a smile to my face in this scary time.
Amanda, I never don't end up smiling and/or chuckling as I watch your extremely REAL kitchen escapades. Thank you for helping the less adroit amongst us (that would be me) feel like it's okay to try these lovely recipes. You're the best!
Thank you for inspiring me, Amanda! I made this tonight and my teenage son had three helpings! Alterations: added crushed garlic cloves, more like a 1/2 cup wine. Finished with finely chopped cilantro and a big squeeze of lemon. So good!
When I was very young and I heard Julia Childs voice I thought my grandparents had come to visit us in San Diego from Massachusetts. Learned to love her culinary genius later in life.😊
Must have been so delicious. I am glad to have learnt something new today. Thanks for sharing.. stay blessed my friend💖💖💖 Stay happy and keep posting👍👍👏🙌👌 🤝🤝🥰🥰♥♥
Thanks for the video! I was wondering the oven temp? And did i see that you thrusted the chicken? Im going to make it tonight!😋 Ive made Julias’. Julia rubbed the chicken with butter!😜
Lol all the cross contamination folks can relax....there's clearly a cut part at 3:26.....in between her salting the chicken and adding the pepper. She was turning towards the sink probably to wash her hands.
I always make a whole chicken with my 7.25 quart Dutch Oven....it fits everything and if you're in the market for one (and want to use it for whole chicken), don't go smaller than 6 quarts!
disaster of a recipe. I just know that chicken had no flavor. Complete lack of seasonings on the insides of the chicken. didnt deglaze with wine just poured over.

I really appreciate this format! It’s so unrealistic that everything goes perfectly

All praise JC - MTAFC 🙌🏽 I think I’d use tarragon in place of the rosemary - chicken with tarragon is so amazingly good. Thanks Amanda!
Tarragon with chicken IS absolutely amazing!! 🌿
I would have used a bigger pot😂
Lol. Love this video. I am making this recipe tonight.

Looks good, seemed like a lot of cross contamination going on with the bird there. (touching the bird and then the pepper grinder.....)
