Back when Itto's leaks were "leaking", I expected that he would be this serious type of Oni that is always silent yet observant and a character who has this immense power but is keeping it inside; reserved for something worthy. But THIS, for me, is even better! After his recent leaks and introduction from the 2.3 Livestream, I fell in love with how goofy, fun, yet devoted he is in bringing peace between humans and onis. Itto wanters will be Itto havers!
Honestly, even before Mihoyo announced it, I was sure he was a silly character like that, always laughing and even though he's narcissistic, he's still a good person... And I was right. But hell, he's even dumber than I expected when I read his voicelines. I just love him !

He is the head of the Kamisato Clan after all, and the older brother of Ayaka. There's also a tiny hint of sarcasm or taunt??? in his voice--in a funny way. But it's not too obvious. I think that is Ayato's character. But we will know once his character is released. Anyway, I still love his English voice.

HOW IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT HIS STANDBY ANIMATION? Him flipping his long hair and stomping his feet is a reference to Kabuki (aka Japanese opera) and sumo. His standby animation is what sold me!

I feel like a part of the reason I absolutely love Itto is the Rengoku vibe, like they both seem so prideful and happy to be alive and doing the things they love.
I love this himbo. I can finally relate to a male genshin character besides Down Bad Bennett. What I mean is that for whatever reason all the male characters are very “reserved” or have this traumatizing past edginess about them (Xiao, Diluc) but Itto is so brash and in your face and literally a TCG collector. @@Shidah2Izumi Ayaka is an elegant lady. She has beauty, elegance, softness, and etiquette. So it makes sense that her brother would be a gentleman and a little bit authoritative too. He is the head of the Kamisato Clan after all, and the older brother of Ayaka.
There's also a tiny hint of sarcasm or taunt??? in his voice--in a funny way. But it's not too obvious. I think that is Ayato's character.
But we will know once his character is released. Anyway, I still love his English voice.
First of all, superb quality! The animation has so much movement and expression, such big improvements! Second of all, the narrative is really funny and I like how the Arataki gang is just having fun lol. Lastly, Ayato voice reveal?! Can't wait for Itto's demo!

What's funny is that the script was changed because of Itto's funny role.. but in the end it all works out..

I love this himbo. I can finally relate to a male genshin character besides Down Bad Bennett. What I mean is that for whatever reason all the male characters are very “reserved” or have this traumatizing past edginess about them (Xiao, Diluc) but Itto is so brash and in your face and literally a TCG collector. So excited
