The DOJ would argue the AIA as they are in the Texas suppressor lawsuit, removing the tax would eliminate that argument thereby putting the ruling of unconstitutional on a silver platter. AIA could get the lawsuit dismissed.

Just think how much money the tax payer could save if the United States could close all the three letter agencies most all are a drain on the economy...
I agree on the NFA but I have always been cautious of outright just abolishing all 3 letter agencies. I can see the ATF getting scrapped sure but I do honestly believe the others are to a degree needed. At most make it far more difficult if not downright impossible to abuse their powers but wishing to get rid of alot of the 3 letter agencies without thinking about the consequences of doing so is childish

I agree the NFA needs to go. Not only does it infringe on our 2A rights, but it also serves to artificially drive up the prices of things like suppressors and SBRs-in some cases to prohibitive levels.
I really don't like the hyping of bills that have ZERO chance of passage, it gives false hope to the gun community at a time when we really don't know what is going to happen. This is nice... but, it's just fluff, RINO fluff. And, it's just something that we don't need.

This is what we need! More pro 2A and pro rights leaders in positions who work to the benefit of the people, not themselves. The only limitation within the Second Amendment applies to government, "shall not be infringed", therefore it is the responsibility of leaders to push back government when our rights and freedoms are infringed.

While the NFA needs to be repealed completely, we, unfortunately, have to pick it apart one piece at a time. We have been losing our rights one piece at a time, so we have to take them back the same way.
It would still require registration and putting law abiding citizens exercising their Second Amendment Right without it putting them on a list.
So since there is no tax under NFA, that means that there are no funding to staff the NFA and no one will get their approval
