I’m two years in and still learning to master the Meta / Milton model ❤ . I still haven’t taken my practitioner training yet, no rush I’m truly enjoying self studying , practicing applying techniques for self development, confidence etc. To be able to communicate with precision and guide ambiguously is enlightening and eye opening. NLP is truly amazing with so much to learn. Your practitioner course is also very appealing to compliment my future understanding and go along side my U.K based training . Fire trucks when there's no fire are attending some other rescue - like cutting people out of wrecked vehicles so the paramedics can get to them. Or rescuing cats that are stuck in trees....

How would I practice this model with people? Do I call them out if I notice anything or practice with friends by choosing a topic etc? Just need some tips as a starter
I talk about this in the video. Use flashcards, Meta Model your own writing, practice with a partner, and gently use it in real conversations when the person isn't aware of what you're doing.

What is reality according to nlp ??
I've never heard of an official definition of reality in NLP terms. But, according to NLP, all reality is subjective. Even if there is an objective reality, which we can never know for certain, it must pass through your subjective filters. According to neuroscience, each of us is living in a simulation created by your mind that creates your sense of reality. The assumption is that there is an objective reality from which we create a map. This is where the presupposition comes from: the map is not the territory. It assumes that there is a territory, but we don't live directly from the territory. We live from our map of the the territory, which is your reality.
What is reality according to you is what is reality according to nlp😊

Why would Steve be disappointed? Steve encouraged me repeatedly to do what I'm doing. I'm friends with his wife Connirae and his son Mark. Why don't you ask them if Steve would be disappointed in me. Wouldn't they know better than anyone else?
1. First up: How specifically is that a problem for you?
2. Second: Which world specifically?: Whichever one you formulate and see, is the one YOU find yourself being gifted to your life.Every moment a new dimension according to how _YOU_ perceive it... Now, or Now, or Now, or, or, or. Your model of the world is only ever always yours.
3. From where Steve is now, I'm sure he forgives you for letting yourself down and giving your power of enjoying this moment in life to our mate Damon here, although I'll assume Damon has zero room to accept or accommodate your model for you as he's quite busy making models of his world _that work positively for him._
