Yes, 60 series have the round headlights, 62 series had the square headlights. In NA the next series we got was the 80 after that. 70 series were not offered in NA.

Cool they had a 4Runner, once it’s out please do some comparisons with some stuff like a defender, wrangler, bronco, R1S dual motor etc- I know you’ve got quad motor r1s stuff, but I’ve got a dual and I think it actually compares and holds up against dealer marked up 4x4s value wise. I’d love to see it take on some ICE vehicles off road and on the slip test! I have one you can borrow for a day in San Diego if Nathan is interested!

Hotels aren't that expensive. Not sure why people feel the need to spend $50k-150k plus to sleep outside when a $500 tent is more than sufficient to get the outdoor experience.

No. The cherokee trail hawk is true 4x4. It has an actual low range transfer cases with 4hi and 4 low...and a rear locking diff to boot. Your thinking of the compass trailhawk...but even that has a "4x4" system. Its a 4x4 switch thay engages 4 wheel drive and mimics a 4 low by shifting it into 1st gear....
like the LX 600 maybe lexus will offer a more utilitarian off road version on the LX 600 , get rid of the 3 rd row ,id buy one as I have no need or will ever have a use for a 3rd row
having been to overland expo, a couple of comments. First-- if you go, the only thing you will be able to afford is the ticket. Second-- dont bring a nice car-- the parking is pretty close, your door will get dinged. Third-- does anyone else think the trend of stuffing the largest possible tire in a wheelwell so there's no possibility of flex means all of these amazing toys are actually pretty bad off-road?
Taking a super duty off road is like taking a skinny chick to the buffet. The first thing that happens to a super duty off-road is the radiator cracks. The frame is not meant to flex, but when it does, the radiator flexes with it

Got to rent the current 4Runner for a week and compare it to my 2018 Grand Cherokee. It looks good, but it won't be on the list for the GC replacement. That fake engine sound was more annoying than I expected.
The xtera was cool, but the motor sucks. I wonder if the 3.8 has the same issues as the 4.0? Only time will tell if Nissan cheaps out on a 5$ part again, causing the owner $1500 in labor just to change it out!
Nissan always confuses me with their marketing. The Rouge has a cvt with no low range which is now a requirement for some trails but then have nismo parts for offroafing.

Not to actually name the person but his last name refers to something stinky that you get from scent glands of ungulates like deer and elk, and most especially Skunks. If they can actually produce them for $60 K, Sign me up. I loved the Rivian and could maybe even go for the Pink Pearl eraser if it were properly screwed together assuming they really came out priced at $60K. The revealing phrase is "Refundable deposit" which in reality means "We are looking for an interest free loan". If they really were serious about the price they would say "non-refundable", but that would open them up to law suites if they did not deliver on their promises. I am ranting here as you try to make me use something other than TFL sometimes and this was one of those times
