    Ohayogozaimasu Ryusei! :)
    It was very interesting to see how you clean the crabs. I am surprised to learn how much there is to eat in each crab because I didn't think there would be very much. Crab is one of my favorite foods. I will have to try these recipes with blue crab or dungeness crab. Domo arigato for sharing these recipes!

    Amazing as always, Ryusei-San! It really takes a lot of work to prepare crab. Have you cooked with king crab as well?

    I would love to try this but am not sure I can time a trip to Japan to enjoy it. That said, my favorite preparation of crab is the softshell blue crabs we get on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Lightly fried in garlic infused oil, can be eaten as is or wrapped in a warm tortilla with a dash of lime juice.

      I hope you'll enjoy this😉 And thank you for teaching your favorite way! It looks so delicious. I've never seen soft shell blue crabs. If I find it, I'll try it!!

    Oh my goodness that looked so incredibly tasty! Although I've never heard of eating kanimiso but I would be looking to try it. The green color makes me nervous though 😅 But the mixed crab rice looked gorgeous!! The only time I've eaten crab outside of a restaurant we cooked it over a campfirem it was delicious but that was when I was young so the adults did the actually cooking😅

      Eating the crabs over a campfirem is so funny! I'd like to do it😆 Yes, please try it. Kanimiso is enough cooked. So, it's tasty. And you can find kanimiso easier than kobakogani in Japan. I hope you'll enjoy it.
      You'll come to Japan right now!!
      Please take care of your trip. I wish you and your husband enjoy japan so much😊

    I had to look up what is 'Dashi', and it's a really subtle, complex stock
    made from seaweed and fish.

    even though we produce and export a Southern variety of King Crab, we don't eat it in Argentina, is quite expensive and you have to go literally to the End Of The World (Tierra del Fuego province) to eat it fresh!

      @kyodokan.japanese.cuisine  2 месяца назад +1

      Yes, it's expensive in Japan too😅. I just searched Tierra del Fuego province, it takes 41 hours from Japan😂. But, in the future, I'll have a chance I'd like to try it!!
