I use this pan for making food. Everything else but fish food. You are probably right, some ingredients may not be perfect for the the pan like tomato sauce and pineapple, because they are sour and the sour is not so good for the seasoning, but I think the pan work just fine, these are part of my meat sauce and chicken sauce not individually. Now the pan's seasoning is much stronger than you can see in this video, when I had just started to use this pan and I was also more careful. I like this pan very much and I think it is easy to use.
how long have u been using the pan and how much did u pay for it and what country ? does it matter if u season it or not... will the food get stuck if it lose the seasoning.. i dont like to season it cause i like the silver color.. did the food get stuck for u in the beginning of using ?
Purchase day was 21.12.2018 So it is about two year old now. Still working strong! No problem. I like it wery much! Price? 59,90 euro. But I had a special price. Normal price is much higher. Country: I bought it in Finland. Seasoning? Do I have to season it or not? I gueass you dont have to season it if you dont want to but when you are using it it will automatically gets darker. And then it works better! It worked nicely in the beginning. Of course it is hard to remember how non stick it was, but I liked it from the very beginning.

What oil did you use to season pan?
I use canola oil (rypsiöljy). That does not contain any salt!
