@@banana22-w3m i think your playstore account is registered under hongkong, or you yad change you playstore country location before, you need to change your playstore country setting, or try to login with another gamil account

oh and try download rox using the google playstore in ugphone for english version

Be advised this is probably the worst cloud phone if you actually want to play. It often lag and dc on their side which made it a horrible choice if you want to afk mine/auto fish/vending/gvg. But if all you want is just afk monster hunt, this is an okay one.
