I remember when I was little, like 5 or 6 years old, I lived in this big house. It was actually a church before we moved in, but a priest got shot there. That aside, there was a small hill next to the house where there were tons of colorful flowers. I was called a girl for liking flowers, but it wasn't something I was ashamed of. I remember one day, my little brother ripped a ton of flowers out of the ground to give to my mom, and I got so mad, I yelled at him. He cried and I got in trouble, but it is still a nice memory to me.
One time I also bent down to smell the sweet scent of the flower. I closed my eyes, and smelled a pleasant scent and relaxed. When I opened my eyes, I saw a huge, white spider on it. It was like two inches long. Not long legs, a big body. I was shocked and walked away without ever telling anyone for some reason.
Unfortunately, when I have flowers, they die. I suck at taking care of plants since I either over care for them, or don't care for them enough. But I still love flowers.
Reminds me of every time I go outside for 1-2 minutes without having to smell gasoline and just embrace the planet for a moment
