Great track van. Nice job on the layout. Looking to convert my 1st van in the spring. With possible bike trailer. Did you have any problems with the diesel Promaster. Looking to stay away from sprinter and dont really car for the short wheelbase of the Transit. Thanks for sharing. Mike
Awesome moto van! Love all the options that you installed. I am building one too. I thought about a suspended bed and three dirt bikes underneath it, but then decided to go for a couch and one dirt bike. More useful for me since I usually carry just 1 or 2 dirt bikes. My van is going to have a shower though, and a pressure washer to wash the bikes. I do not want to be dirty after riding dirt bikes!
I've seen a similar idea but done with 2 sets of flip up bunks mounted on either side of the back of the van with a drop in piece to make the bottom bunks a king sized bed if wanted. Just fold the bunks up and add dirt bikes. 1 adult size one and 2 kids sized.
André van Spaandonck Man. Sorry I can't remember. It was a long time ago and I had to search and search for someone who would sell me one. Usually it's direct to a manufacture from happi jac
What a nice build. A few things about your next build. Skid plates for propane & batteries. The heater exhausting right next to the fuel fill looks awfully dangerous. Maybe you can update me. Thanks,Teddy
I have a question about the battery to battery charger. If you have an inverter already installed, why not just use that with a regular battery charger? Is it just the convenience, or is the B to B charger better? If so, how? Great video by the way. Love the build. Glad to see you go tit sold. I'd love to see what you did next!
I am curious what is the electric distribution panel you have. this is the second time I've seen this same one and the last person wouldn't tell me. those are square D home line breakers in the box right?
What does that air conditioner pull when it's on? I've been wanting to get one that doesn't kill inverters and generators and blow fuses all the time... the one I have is over 30 years old and it draws unimaginable amounts of power. :[ Can you run that air conditioner off that inverter? (Those Magnasine ones are really nice... I'd be surprised if it wouldn't start the AC just fine.)
Four ZeroFour it ran fine off of my generator. I had a 3000w champion inverter generator. It would run off the inverter too....but man the 400amp hrs would be down to 50%in like 45min. It was a Mach 8 13.5 by Coleman.
This is the PERFECT BUILD.... Wow what a AWESOME Rig...Why are you selling it? What next for you... How do you improve on this geeezz !!! man I love your Promaster and Diesels are very hard to find.
I think he said it was all electric, because the van would need to be completely level to use propane and he wanted be able to park anywhere any time. That he didn't want the hassle of always worrying about the fridge cutting out on him and the food spoiling if he was hours away on his bike. You can
Marko Markuezovic I started at $55k and had quite a bit of interest . The problem was nobody has the cash and banks wouldn't lend on it over $35k....they don't recognize the mods or know how to value it. The van is also a commercial vehicle...I found this to be another obstacle for lending.
Dang! My house on .4 acre and attached 2 car garage was only 11k more.my van was traded for cheap pickup. Things new just keep getting more and more out of reach for me
Nice build and a good thorough "For Sale" video. I wish more sellers would do this.
Thanks man
That bed is amazing, great use of the high roof space
I live in WI and love my A/C. LOL. Most practical build I've seen. Everything you need, and nothing you don't. Or didn't.

I have been watching build videos for months and this has got to be the best of all. Wow 😳
I love the raised bed idea. Wish I knew how to do that part.
It's a kit, listed in the show more section.

Perfection. Love the powered bed so you can get the motos in, even able to lower with bikes in for a nap. Sweet.
Doug Moench Eric
Nice build! We have a toy hauler trailer and this would be better for 80% of my needs. Great job
it's SO cool how the bed goes up and down!
and i really liked the ability to load up a bike or two.
Tari yep
Beautiful Build Good job man!!

Nicely done.
really nice build out
Excellent job!
I would pay you to design and build mine! lol

max carson I think what you're referring to is the charging by the alternator while the van is driving or the engine is running.
max carson
The batt to batt charger puts a much higher quality charge on my batteries....increases life span. 5 stage charging
I'm looking to convert a promaster too. What are the dimensions of the bed lift frame. I can't find it anywhere
how much are they brand new with no extras

DrKennethNoisewater Hi nice work is the promaster is agood choice comp to ford or M b
Beautiful.
This is absolutely amazing. Pretty much just what I want. Wanna build mine? Lol
nice conversion & video
Why a 13k btu AC? Wouldn't a 5k btu cool more than enough?

@@Dr.KennethNoisewater Kenneth that's what I figured.
Although you have sold the Van, where did you get the system to raise your bed?
Could you please tell me where you got the Dometic all electric fridge or at least the model number, please.
very nice!!
Very nice. Did you build it yourself? Is there any cooking inside? Thank you.
I would paint that plywood WHITE 2 make it brighter and add a porta-potty as well as hanging space...personal prefs of course: We ALL have them 😉
This is the exact thing I want to do
This is the PERFECT BUILD.... Wow what a AWESOME Rig...Why are you selling it? What next for you... How do you improve on this geeezz !!! man I love your Promaster and Diesels are very hard to find.
Frank good question
red light is nice to use when un void musqito and flies
Looks good
Awesome build! Thanks for sharing! All that work and you sold It? Did you build another one?
Awesome conversion! how much does it cost to build/convert this fantastic van?
BC good question
Dometic doesn't list the fridge on their website. How did you find yours? Looks awesome!
Eve I know right

That he didn't want the hassle of always worrying about the fridge cutting out on him and the food spoiling if he was hours away on his bike. You can
buy those small electric apartment style fridges anywhere now.
just saw a 2012 sprinter lwb high top with 125k miles custom sleeper, bed, fridge, micro, inverter, shore power, espar heater fantastic fan CLAtlanta
19friday55 - HOW MUCH?
awesome setup of having a raisable bed, which can store motorcycle.
I was going to buy a diesel but then I learned the US low sulphur engines won't work in other countires . They don't have low sulphur diesel
nice build
Why did you sell it after all the work that was put in to it ? For the furnace to work on the propane did the van have to be kept level ?
Bob Shaw
Built a house and had a kid....nope, didn't need to be level for furnace
Ah... The house and kid excuse. ;-D
The kid would have loved going camping in the van. You should have kept it.
I know you sold it but what were you asking for it???
Not sure if it's the final asking price but at the very beginning of the video there's a splash screen that shows a price along with other details.
R.J. Moser oh YEAH, thanks 55k. GREAT deal whoever got it. the custom work is fuckn AWESOME!!! ESPECIALLY the electrical system. JUST AWESOME!!!

Van sold for $40k
DrKennethNoisewater 2
nice van
Bathroom/shower???
gym
is it sold or not
How did you build the bed?
Its Fragz its a bed kit that you can buy , they come in RV's and toy haulers so try and start there for a search for the correct width setup.
iamryan1979 k thx
Got a link? This is a must for me if I do a build. Thank you.
what was the base price
No clearance on the bottom. One good bump could pull all the under-mounted equipment. No thanks!
I was thinking the same thing. Id be too worried
Laurie just the battery box not the propane tank.
@@stagesbookingandpromotions3548 Stages just the battery box
The bikes you have/had must of been light, I didn't see a ramp(s)?
T'airn'KA you have portable ramps. they cost 200 bucks.
Too much time showing the garage...
Annoying does anyone pan first?
$41,000 for just the empty van
Dang! My house on .4 acre and attached 2 car garage was only 11k more.my van was traded for cheap pickup. Things new just keep getting more and more out of reach for me
but hold on it has a bed that goes up and down. surely that's worth the extra $39,000
+Nic l if you don't mind me asking where you live? Where do you buy property for that or did you buy it years ago?
how much did you sell it for?
JCalibr probably 40 to 50 grand
This van of yours is far from being stealth with a large air conditioner on the roof, and a awning.
It could be a refrigerated van and as for the awning lots of trades people put awnings on their work vans in hotter climates.
Nice van
