Yes! If you have ps4 pro Ssd will not just help to load your game fast. But to load the texture fast too. Sometimes if you goes into a new area or watch a cutscene the texture will not load for a few sec which make the game look shit. For example, assassins creed valhalla. If you go to your longhouse. The roof of that longhouse will wash out. No texture at all for a few sec. If your ps4 been around for years, it can be much more worst that that. And also, the loading for this game with hdd took me about almost 2 min from the menu, with ssd in my case it took me around 50 sec. Loading from the menu is not the problem, the problem is with the fast traveling load times, ac valhalla use fast traveling alot, with ssd it only took me around 12 sec but with hdd its about 30 sec. I know cutting 20 sec is not that much improvement. But if you actually play that game it will make you go crazy 🤣, plus the character voice in cutscene will be delayed too with hdd. Same goes to elden ring, the load time is much more faster with ssd. I notice back then when i play using my hdd, everytime there is a cutscene, the texture on the character and background will not load for a few second. All i can say is yes! Its worth it, fast load fast texture streaming and lastly, recording, if you record your gameplay with the stock hdd, some part of the video will be cut. We thought it cause by the notification, but its not actually, the video are being cut due to the slow texture streaming. Everytime there is a slow texture load, the recording will cut that part.

Im sorry for the long ass comment. But i tried my best to explain and share my experience to you. Now i already upgraded to ps5. But i can say ps4 is still the best console, some games still look the same too. forgot to mention that i use kingston A400 ssd 1tb for my ps4 pro. I can say its the cheapest ssd on the market but the quality is not cheap. Cheers.

@@Creed97m bro I bought PS4 Pro 4 month ago in black colour, I am happy with that and I don't think there is any point to upgrade to ps5, but thank you for your explanation and I want to know that where are you from?, and also I was planning to get a ssd for pubg because I think it is lagging because of that when I get into a crowded area, and in your opinion how much you ps5 upgrade worth after ps4 pro.

@@TheBekus yeaa. Ps4 is great. But some games plays well on ps5 and new games are great too. But new game price is crazy expensive tho. For pubg, based on my experience, ps4 pro with ssd and ps5 almost the same. Both console runs pubg great. Ofcourse on ps4 pro is going to drop some fps in some area, because its not capped 60fps. compared to ps5 i can considered it to be an upgrade. Ps5 its smooth 2k 60fps. Where as in ps4 pro its 1080p 60fps

@@TheBekus i use my ps4 pro almost 1 year. Im a pc gamers, but then, buy a ps4 pro last year on january for some multiplat games, and upgrade to ssd in march. I just bought ps5 slim 2 weeks ago For the upcoming gta v and who knows, Ghost of tsushima 2. Its depend on what game do you play. Wait till you have new games that you really want to play the most then saving up some money for ps5. But till then ps4 pro is still the beast. Tons of games to play too. Enjoy
