You get to keep your legal guns when you come out. K had a gun, a legal gun. If you watch the clip where CG confronted CB and GG at the VAR you’ll see Bjorn still had his legal gun on him too.
Randy was the first one shot out of everyone so it's reasonable for him to say that even tho all he did was ask how he knew once and then didn't mention it again, K and Big D kept their legal guns because that's how the heist works lol
