Oh Ethan, I know I sound like a broken record, but here goes... If You Can Smell It, You're Breathing It!!! That's your sign that it can be hazardous for you to enter without taking safety precautions. You have a respirator, but it won't work if you leave it in the car. You've been doing this for a long time, who knows what funky molds and mildew spores you've exposed yourself to. I just want you to stay healthy and happy as your channels continues to grow.
I like this house, especially the kitchen and the green and white bathroom. The basement is creepy, but all the storage shelving would have been great. Those 2 small bedrooms were twice as big as a couple I had growing up 😊 Great video! Thank you for sharing Ethan 😊
Nice little house that if it was renovated could be made into something really nice! The smallest bedroom would be okay as a guest bedroom I’m thinking.Sadly though if it’s anything like the current trend here in Australia houses of the 50s & 60s are getting flattened and replaced by new dwellings. Seems people now want to replace rather than do a major house renovation. Great explore Ethan, love your work man!
I am guessing the garage with that rec room above was an add on. I think that’s why the marble steps are a little off. The shelves in basement looks like it’s for canning jar storage. They had a large garden that may have produced an abundance of fruits and veggies. I love old houses. Thanks for the tour.
Nice little house. Those bedrooms seemed small but were probably average for the time it was built. I bet they had some good times in that big room. Thanks for sharing.
Agreed regarding the layout with strangely sized rooms, combination of building materials, marble stairs with no railings (unsafe!), different floors, etc. I couldn't keep track of where things were if living there, lol. The house doesn't feel at all homey although the yard is beautiful.
Glad you posted, i needed something cheerful today. 💚 I wonder if they had water issues downstairs often, and that's why it wasn't really finished (and the reason they built the room above the garage?). When you stepped in the living room and mentioned the fireplace, i was like 'oh that light fixture too!', so i'm glad you also noticed it and showed how pretty it was! Loved the nice big porch, and that they kept the old bathroom vanity, but i'm super curious now what the 'before' tile was in there that we'll never see... i bet it was awesome. And back in the 60s people (usually) didn't have tvs in their bedrooms, and the standard beds for kids were twin-sized (which is confusing because 'twin' is two 😄). Queen or King sized beds weren't very common for the master bedroom either, unless the room was huge. Anyway, thanks so much for this one Ethan! Take care and have a good night! 😊
Hi Ethan - Nice house. The rec room is a bit different and the marble steps are just odd. Nice kitchen and living room. I liked the fireplace, the light fixture and the front door. Small bedrooms, only one bathroom. Congrats on hitting 120K! It has been a rather long, dark day here in the US. Nice to end my night exploring with you. Thank you!
The room over the garage , looks like the smallest ballroom I have ever seen and the steep marble steps with no handrail , look very dangerous . Liked the fireplace but this house certainly has seen better days, Ethan . Thanks for the awesome explore .
Hi, Ethan, greetings from a Brazilian, from Santa Catarina State, Southern Brazil. I like much your videos. Be careful about pits or even wells in these old gardens, they can be traps. And, please, don't get locked in an old basement. I often remember that scene in Hitchlock's 'Psycho', when the rocking chair in the basement turns and...😮. It was the only time I screamed watching a movie 😂. Stay save and thank you for your work.
You could do a lot with that house the room above the garage could be an entertainment room complete with a fitted bar as it's opposite the kitchen , the kitchen has enough room for a small breakfast table for just the family members who live in the house , the living room would be perfect for an L shaped sofa with fitted coffee tables in the corner and ends , there is plenty of storage for linens and essential daily items in the hallway , the closest in each bedroom could be fitted with a chest of drawers and have a rail above the chest of drawers for hanging clothes then all the bedrooms need are a bed and a few bedside cabinets if you have limited space . The basement could be turned into a laundry room once the stairs to the basement has handrails installed ,the basement area with the shelves already installed could be used to store items that aren't used often or seasonal decorations . One of the garages could be closed off and used to store garden furniture during the winter months , the barn could be used to store garden tools such as a riding lawn mower , tools for maintaining a vegetable garden . The cupboard in the living room would of course be used to put your outdoor clothes in as soon as you enter through the front door , the massive front porch would be a excellent place for a couple of benches and if a wrap around porch is installed at the front door it could be used all year round .

The garage could be turned into a one car garage and the closed off side could be used to store garden furniture during the winter months as you can open the garage door you could fix and clean the garden furniture during the winter months so it lasts a long time , the front porch could have a covered fitted porch complete with a wrap around seating area .
Thanks for another great explore and tour of this mysterious house, sure is a weird layout for a house. Ethan please use precautions when you explore these homes, you just never know sometimes about mold or dangerous asbestos until you start exploring or looking around. Thanks for the explore Ethan. Keep up your great hard work, take care and stay warm❤✨🌞🌚🔥😇
There will always be something about homes from that era that are so appealing to me. There is just so much quality and interesting details and nuances in them. My favorite features in this one,is the front 🚪, an the ceramic tile is awesome . It still has a lot of potential I think. The only problem with homes from this era, os that the bedrooms are typically on the small side. 😎✌️
Oh my god, you've helped me figure out what they're called! I love those things and knew they must've had some name, but it just never occurred to me that it would be considered a valance (i figured because it went between cabinets that it had a different name). I feel a bit silly that i didn't figure it out! 😄🙃 Anyway, thank you for commenting because now i know! 😊
For me the highlight is the rec room, that's a great space! But the bedrooms are tiny and I would not like my front door to open immediately into the living room. I think with an extension this place could be great.
cool house ! ya its still in decent shape and nice lot size , the super small bedroom was common in some houses as it counts for another bedroom as a selling feature and listed as small bedroom or a baby's bedroom or den
Well these brick houses if you notice are similar to those other red brick house videos you have. They must be what was popular designs of the time. Love the 2 car garage. The wooden exterior garages were sweet, a nice touch. I notice that your wearing not heavy clothing ? Hoodies a lot of layers? Because her in Manhattan now it’s like 20 degrees and windy as fck 😂! My fingers are splitting because of the dry cold 🥶 I need to put lotion on them more. But yeah those bedrooms were way too small for my liking. But that massive room?? I loved 🥰 it. I would make it a gym/ recreation room 😋 maybe some pool tables and pin ball machines and maybe a mini bar. And a sauna maybe. Just to use up all that massive space. 😊 but I’m privy to brick and stone houses more than wood ones. Except if they are an older Victorian house like I grew up in upstate ny. 1881 my family house was built with 3 massive chimneys. And evergreen trees around the 3 acres we have there. That camouflage the exterior of that house. You should take some trips into New York State I found an old Vanderbilt mansion abandoned in bad disrepair. But looks like an old titanic looking golden age scenario. But love your exploring Ethan !! Thanks for another cool find stay warm ! Tony 😊
I can DEFINITELY hear it! Rewinded twice and could hear it CLEARLY (tho very low) each time. How on earth did you catch that? I came to comments curious about the KILLER that supposedly lived there to discover it's YET AGAIN just clickbait... but discovered an actual HONEST observation instead. Ty!!!👍

Beautiful floors. The barn was for horses. Thank you for the tour
Big rec room upstairs, All the family can be there for thanksgiving or Christmas or family togetherness ❤
That big room above the garage reminded me of a dance class studio! 💃
Exactly what I thought too, ballroom.
Agreed
Thumbs up on the video Ethan 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Hello Ethan
What a cramped house! My ex husband grew up with and was best friends with Derek Jeter who played for NY
I've been binge watching "scary" videos. I kept looking for the paranormal in this house's basement, lol.
The bedrooms are small, the kitchen tile was cool and the backyard was nice. Thanks for showing us
That wood valance over the kitchen window is lovely
My house was built in '52, and it has a cute wood valance over the kitchen sink too.
Oh my god, you've helped me figure out what they're called! Hi from the uk. Weird set up. Awesome video thank you stay safe ❤️ ❤️
Hi Ethan..nice house very colourful...like the kitchen...looks nice from the outside..big living room. ..stay safe well and happy Ethan 💋
I like that kitchen and flooring.
I liked the lion head on the door, that is my kind of thing
Awesome 💯💯💯💯
For that sized house, it had lots of storage!
Great video!

Hi Ethan!❤
Looks like horse stables, with chicken coops, and maybe pigs too. But for sure chickens.
Ethan keep you a mask bro 😮
Retro tiles ❤❤❤
Pretty common for the front door to open right into the living room in '50s and '60s houses.
Ooot and a boot with Ethan 😊
That's a pretty cool trick you did with the lights when you don't have no power
Good video, even though yhe house is kind of in rough shape. I guess they cant all be showplaces

The ceilings looked a little low to me, particularly in that first room.
Hello Ethan 🌞
Ooh alot of property
I think what you thought was a wheelchair ramp was accessible to the basement. I thought I saw a handle to the right and it's too steep for a ramp
Hi Ethan ✌️
This is seems better days this wasn’t bad but they should of make the rooms a little bigger this not the biggest house in the world but it’s do doable
That whole house gave me the creeps just watching the video.
Looks bigger outside than it really is.
Odd house but I could work with it.
From the look of the barn it would have kept Dinosaurs 😆
It looks like stantions for horses.

I heard that also!
Goats? Meat rabbits?
HI ETHAN
Canada did have Dunkin Donuts until 2018.
Their donuts were better than Tim’s 😊
not from where i’m from we didn’t. i’ve lived here all my life and i’ve never seen one.

Imo, I wouldn't want 2 have anything 2 do with a killers house, let alone move on the property. Might as well move into JWG's house.
Wow inside is like new
Who pays the power bill. ?
What is the story of the killer?
Looks like a prepper's basement. So, who was the killer?

I want to know why you would call it Killer’s Mysterious ABANDONED 1960’s House when your not sure why its abandoned, click bait perhaps?
What does the "killers" in the
title have to do with this video?
Nothing at all, I think he does it for views. I've been subscribed for a while, so I just think of it like a weird shtick lol.
Creepy killer may have buried people in barn
A very odd design. Doesnt seem well thought out. And odd little characeristics too.
❤❤❤
Looked like horse stable, possibly some other type of farm animals
Who did he kill??
Thats antique
