I am a 72-year-old grandma and of course still have anxiety the times I go to the health club for an hour so every day five days a week and it definitely helps I try to get up in the morning and have positive thoughts even though I live alone and most family members are deceased but I think attitude and being positive help so much and you have your whole life ahead of you try to take on the good thoughts take care

Lou, when I watch your video I can tell you we have so much in common, I know too well unfortunately depression. I didn't know 5D diamond painting, never heard of it, it looks awesome! I also do puzzles to stop thinking, and like you said, be in nature, do exercice, write in a journal, watch funny things, we have it all in common. I would like to say so much things to you, but more than words, I would like first to give you a big hug, and after that, to tell you that no matter what, even if it doesn't seem to be going well, and especially in these moments, everything will be fine, you will be fine, YOU ARE NEVER ALONE, "someone, something" is by your side, you are loved unconditionally the way you are, continue to take good care of yourself and have faith, because it's true, you're not alone, you're loved by more people that you think, and you make a good difference in this world. Prioritizing a healthy diet and incorporating daily exercise can be transformative. Dedicating just 30 minutes to an hour each day has personally helped alleviate my depression and other challenges. Regular physical activity fosters positive thinking and provides motivation in numerous ways.

Please stay motivated with exercise, diamond art, and going out. I'm a mental health therapist and being alone too much causes sadness and loneliness to amplify. Hello Lou I really love your videos, I watch them daily and they help me to falling asleep. I have anxiety issues since my childhood. It is getting worse in wintertime because of the less of sunlight I think. When I wake up my stomach feels like thousands of ants running through. It is hard to handle and most people can't understand how it feels. I started to do creative things like decoupage, self made candles, paper arts or painting. When I do this I feel calm and relaxed and my thoughts calm down. So keep going on with your diamont painting it is good for you! I moved to the UK from Italy when I was very young and I left all my family and friends and the only world I knew behind.. Stress & anxiety is bad for our medical condition! How do you cope w/ it? I find listening to music+ news very relaxing. I do gardening if I have time, effective stress reliever. Try it.
Also is good to color in color books for an anxiety. Deep breathing exercises also can help. Do not dwell on your pass, I am new here and I do not know what happened to you because you are too young, just enjoy life and don’t worry about anything, one day at a time like the title of my song most citizens of your country are very religious, praying always help if one believes in God. Take care.
And do remember that God loves you too!! God is a powerful source of comfort, and relief from worries when you talk to Him regularly. "In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path"--this verse is a wonderful source of comfort for me when I am worried about something, or need an answer for a difficult decision.
Try to identify what's happening in your life at this time that may be making you feel anxious. Don't block it out but don't dwell on only that thing that is causing you to feel upset. Treat yourself to something nice.

You are brave for opening up about your struggle with depression. Mental health is often taboo in Japan and other Asian countries. Believe it or not, this step you have taken is already helping you cope with it. If you have a chance, I highly suggest that you see a mental health professional in Japan. Make sure it is not going to affect your work negatively, due to the social stigma of mental health in Japan. If you do not have to disclose this to your employer, please go ahead and search for professional help. I understand that you have no family or friends in Japan, therefore, you are missing an important support network (as an expat in Korea, I totally feel that). It is tough to go through this alone. You don't have to do it all by yourself. Seek help and start recovering fast and well. 🤗🍩
