Very nicely explained. Now , considering a 18 plate 20x20 plate filter system. LEts say i have a blueberry wine, from pressed ( thus much Suspended particles) blueberries. If i have 400 liters of this ( being stabilized with Sulphates, then back sweetened to the desired FG sweetness ). How would you filter this to clear wine .. Progressively finer filters in one setting, or one size (1.0 micron x 18 pads ) , and repeat with finer filtration ( to 0.7, then finally 0.45 micron) in sequences ?
Great info but your sound is not good. At some points there were echoes. Very difficult to hear everything that you are saying
I can only imagine the good information being shared... :(
It helped me a lot because we can know how the wine go through the filter. The people who is learning wine wants to know this!

Filter in 3 stages/passes, start with all sheets using course pads (approx 3 micron), then you can go to polish (1.0 micron), then to 0.45 micron.
Nice video! What is the name of the 20x20 filter press? Are these machines able to filter infused olive oil?
The 20cm X 20 cm plate and frame is the name. I am not sure about olive oil.
now i need to see the equipment operating 😂
