Hey DuelLogs, I have an idea for a shitty combo you may try in the future. If you give your opponent “Maxx C” and later deal damage with “Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi”, you can discard all of your opponent’s cards before their draw phase, leaving their hand with only 1. Imagine your opponent having 10+ cards in their hand, only for them to end up with one.
@supremeking6694 I had just thought you wanted to go for something unique but bad. That's the gimmicky stuff duellog usually does. My bad for assuming wisewise
I run a Mole billy deck that has a very low winrate, but was perfect for the 30 second time limit recently. The monsters are just moles you can normal summon/set, cards like Wall of Disruption for when people underestimate you and attack, Swords of Revealing Light, Trap Hole cards like Trap Hole of Spikes, Raigeki, etc. It's basically just a meme where enemies get beaten up by moles, and you can sometimes beat opponents. One mole can't be destroyed unless they're attacked twice in that battle phase, and another actually revives itself once per duel, so you can come back like a cockroach once. Another mole has 0 ATK, but can instantly destroy any facedown defense position monsters with its effect, and can attack twice per turn. It's definitely not for winning, but dang is it funny to think some decks actually struggle facing them. A non-effect Mech Mole Zombie hitting their LP directly... Heh heh heh.
There are three cards I don't think I'll ever understand: Witches strike Linear equation cannon Inspector boarder because of their weird effects or interactions
Witch's strike is easy, as long as they negate a summon or ACTIVATION (not effect, activation) Linear equation cannon is just maths Inspector boarder is like powersink stone, except instead of having 2 counters, you can only activate monster effects up to the different types of monster on the field. So if you have a synchro monster, you can activate 1 monster effect. A synchro and fusion, 2 monster effects. Etc etc.
So what exactly does and doesn't trigger witch's strike? I remember about a year or two ago where I had it set and ,though I don't remember what exactly had been negated I believe it may have been a hand trap, the opponent negated my card activation and witches strike wouldn't trigger, why? Could it have been bad coding(that later got fixed potentially) or just a weird situation where my cards activation being negated wouldn't trigger witches strike?
It has to be a card that negates the *activation* of a card you control, or a summon. If your opponent uses Ash, Imperm, or Veiler, they only negate *effects* not *activations*, so it doesn't trigger Witch's strike.
I believe it needs to be specifically the negate the ACTIVATION. Negating the EFFECT will not work. Negating ACTIVATION and negating EFFECT are not the same. Ash Blossom EFFECT negate does not trigger Witch's strike. But Herald of Orange Light ACTIVATION negate does.
To put it simply, read what the card says: If the card has “Negate the activation” (Solemn Judgment or Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon”) then you can activate Witch’s Strike. If the card has “Negate the effect” (Ash Blossom or “Hot R.D.A Abyss“) instead, then you can’t activate “Witch’s Strike”. The reason why this happens is because “activation” and “effect” are two separate things in circumstances like this one
banishing aluber by accident happened to me one too many times as well :D only once , but still too often :D (happens when you have so good videos to watch on second screen)

That just sounds like a worse version of trickster reincarnation + droll
@@kookou13 Obviously. That’s why I called it “shitty”
Instead of giving them our maxxC, i think there's a spell card that make our opponent add 1 of their own C,, something something ".... Designator"

Heavy slump would work too right?
The rat laugh after getting away with it lol
The jingle bells when mr logs says bad words is hilarious, kudos editor

Truly a Christmas deck of all time!!!!😂😂😂😂😂 Happy Holidays, MrSpooderLogs!!!!
MAXX C! JUST WHAT I WANTED FOR CHRISTMAS!

Mystical Refpanel feeling left out
Last turn having several documents about its rulings

Stupid lawyer game
first do you event kow betwen negate activation and negate effect? in you case probably it's negate effect not activation
I actually play witch's strike in my ancient gear deck just because it's really fun when it resolves
banishing aluber by accident happened to me one too many times as well :D only once , but still too often :D (happens when you have so good videos to watch on second screen)
I never considered using gift exchange to bait out a witch's strike. Ive just been using it in kashtira to trigger shangri-ira.
This is secretly a PSA thanks mr logs
OUT FKIN PLAYED
GG
the FIRST and ONLY runick deck i can respect
I mean, why not play cards that allow traps to be activated on your turn. Like use Makyura the Destructor's effect.
Feels deja vu..
You act nice giving them Pot of Desires knowing full well the 10 card banish is just gonna kill them faster against runick 😭
Well that was the funniest shit ever
Honestly if I played yugioh and actually got hit with witches strike I wouldn’t even be mad, I’d be laughing.
That was impressing, but would be able to pull a *Weather Report* on a clueless opponent? That would be devilishly silly
branded player not reading ☠️
You should play upstart Goblin.
and maybe not 40+ cards :D
This has to be one of the funniest yugioh videos I have ever seen. 😂😂😂
i think witch strikee is good with lab
It's genius😂
why is solemn judgement to good / better then solemn warning in this case? because it can negate other things than summons?
Probably for the ruse to work better. Giving them something too good would make them more suspicious.
Nobody reads this card.
Exactly because you’re a genius and no one else understands this economy
Lol bro
merry cringle everypony
