I so enjoy your calm way of talking. So many RUclips educators are so hype. Talking so fast as though they in some sort of 911 emergency. Jumping around, popping in and out of frame. You could make a lower third video title in Blackmagic Davinci too. I stopped using Adobe premiere and switched to Davinci. It's free and easier to use. Thank you for the great ideas.
Hi, awesome video, thx!! I have a question, if I buy little animations on video hive, do I abs need after efflux? I mean if I buy, an animation, can I change the titles, and script myself? Also if I buy a 10sec animated background, is that possible? do I just add I in as a video capture, and it will play automatically throughout the whole show? thx!!

Great tips. Looking forward to learning a lot from you. Quick question. I have an iMac, which means I don't do right-clicking. There's a filter in OBS that makes text scroll, as with a ticker. I cannot locate that filter. Can you help me Sir?

I am grateful for you!! I am an IT Manager and a First Lady, but I am NOT a media specialist. Your videos have saved me a tremendous amount of time and energy as I continue to help our church thrive during these unfamiliar circumstances. I would love to learn more about how to incorporate OBS and Zoom as our senior citizens call into Zoom to listen to services, bible study and etc... Most of them have no other platform on which to gain access to church happenings. Will you be making more "Zoom-related" videos?

21:41 You can pause the media in OBS these days. Other than that, great tutorial. 👍
If you use png files and a proper photo editor you can create no fill areas rather then green areas you got to croma out later.
On vmix u can add as list , but u can still use title and add the name on title editor

Hi! i am learning a lot from your videos. Just a question, why do you make all the setting in one scene then duplicate it while you can make the scene 1 with your capture device only then duplicate it as scene 2 with all the resources?
Saves time and the scenes can have the same sources but in different states on vs off

That depends on what type of lower thirds you purchased. You either add an image source or a media source depending on the type of lower third

Import it as a media image and set it to a prop or just a generic slide
I have been editing video with CyberLink Director 12 and created title screens to overlay text on the video. While I positioned the text in the upper portion of the lower third, it can be easily moved downward. The program permits taking a snapshot of a single frame. If a position a title slide over a transparent portion of video, I should be able to snap a photo of that and save it as a JPEG and then copy that to the computer being used for OBS, correct?

What do you use to Live Stream in Your Church? VMix or OBS and if you use either of those two how do they interact with Worship Extreme or do they?
We use OBS and we use Propresenter at my church. It functions the exact same way but we have a switcher so everything is connected to the switcher and only one output goes to our streaming pc running OBS.

Followed and bought after effects lower thirds. It was smooth when I played the output, but lags in OBS preview. Any thoughts?
What are the specs of your system as well as internet upload speed you are using to livestream
@AJaytheCEO I’m using macbook pro 2015 (2.9GHz Dual-Core Intel i5; 16GB DDR3) my upload speed is between 5-7mbps therefore I’m aiming for just 720p. However, the after effects lower third already lags a bit during obs preview (not live steaming yet), compared to just playing the mp4 output in Quicktime. I followed exactly your steps when I bought the template at videohive.
Honestly i think it is your system causing the issues. That is a strain on 2 cores

@AJaytheCEO I managed to make it smoother after changing the fps of the lower third to 30 under Composition Settings (default was 60). I’m glad with the output when streamed via fb live as well.
I managed to spot the difference when I was carefully following your rendering.
How do you make the background picture a blur?
I was already blurry but most have a bokeh effect in their camera that does this. I fake it since my camera is a camcorder

Picture quality is based on your camera, capture device, resolution and bitrate which can all be restricted by your internet connection. What do you have for each one of these?

No but you can sign up for a free 30 day trial for after effects and make all the lower thirds you can before it expires. That's how I started
