I love how children try every parent's patience no matter how long ago and no matter where they are from. 😊

I love the myth & legend of the ancient tribal people of North America
Ive quite a few books on them
Its wonderful to think that the native tribal Australians also have an ancient myth involving the Rainbow too.
In their Dreamtime legends there is the Rainbow Serpent who carved out the lands using its undulating body & giving the Earth form & setting in motion the creation of all things.
    Thank you for this video

I wonder if the legends from both societies hint at an understanding of energy, frequency and vibration regarding the color spectrum spoken in parables. The snake and path alike could be represented as a wavelength... it could also sit along side the idea of the path of the chakras from red to purple as a reference to raising the kundalini such as in Hindu beliefs.
I like to believe every culture came from a much older one and that the hints of it remain in myths and texts.

So much stories from all the tribes in America ❤ I look forward to your videos of other tribes. You’re also pretty much helping, by keeping the stories alive too

The Navajo only tell stories in the right seasons. They might be mad about doing it wrong, but good channel, well done.😊

I think you should expand on this topic. Make a video about campfire stories from the Wild West. I’m certain there are a lot of interesting topics to cover here.

Thanks for the suggestion, Joesph! We definitely have plans to expand on folklore from all over the wild west. If you'd like, check out our previous video on El Muerto, a Mexican-American campfire tale itself. More to come!

@@footprintsofthefrontier already have my friend. Just as good if not better. I hope to see more videos regarding folktales from Mexico that worked their way into the wild west

The Navajo only entered AZ around 1700. The Hopi lived in Canyon de Chelly prior to that.
