I've loved these 2 since I was a kid in the 70s, still do and it warms my heart in this cold world to see them still together. I always thought Marilyn had of the greatest voice in music, and she is so so beautiful! I listen to their music everyday.

Met the 5th Dimension as a kid in Pasadena CA in 1977, super, super nice people, Mr Lamont was the centerfold photographer for Jet magazine,. Man time flies.
Their long marriage is so beautiful. Over 40 years of a beautiful relationship and still going strong. That is so admirable. They are truly soul mates.
10/5/21: saw them this month at Ridgefield Playhouse, CT and they were fabulous!! Never missed a beat, their voices were strong & beautiful. What a blessing to see these legends live.

Marilyn is 71 and still looks beautiful. This is one lady where she's maintained her beauty throughout the years. Billy, if I were you I'd be thanking the Lord everyday to have Marilyn.

Nope, not insecure. I really don't know how to judge males, never have, couldn't tell you if a guy is a great looking guy whom a woman would go crazy over. Take Adam Levine, voted sexiest male by a magazine and women oodle over him, but I think he looks hideous. I'm not good at judging males at all.

What a great story! FYI, I had not looked ya'll up since I was 10 years old in 1969. Marilyn's great voice came up at a class reunion, I started viewing you guys on RUclips and even in 1969, I looked at ya'll at said "those people are different." I guess what my young spirit was seeing was "those people are going to make a difference." I wasn't aware you weren't saved then until just seeing this clip. Makes a heart spark to see ya'll be blessed, smiling, honest and standing up for the path that got you there. Happy Anniversary!
Me and my husband have been together 41 years. He's a musician they are a special breed.

Ive always been big time fans of Marilyn and Billy...and the Fifth Dimension..although I was a very young child when their songs hit the charts. There seemed to be something special about each person in that group. Ive also admired each of them...and I am proud of the clean, fresh style of music that they recorded and sang...they have always been a good and positive image of the African-American community. I have written to both of them before, and I hope to meet them one day and experience their ministries!

I will get their book. I just saw them last month and took my mom. They were beyond fabulous. Voices and stage presence never left them. They were so, so entertaining and the love shines from the stage to the audience. God bless them.

Wow, this is truly amazing!!! It's just wonderful how God can take 2 of the top secular singers, and save them. How He can take all their tests and turn the into a Wonderful Testimony, to encouragesome other young souL!!!
This interview was very encouraging! I've only been married 11 yrs. but it still seems like we're on our honeymoon, and after watching and listening to them I'm excited and looking forward to the next 39 years! I KNOW it can work, we just don't see enough success stories in the news. I think if Christ is truly at the center, you have the best chance for success!

Thank God for people like this and they look so good for people that have been playing and singing in the 60 so they were adults in the sixties so that makes them at least 20 years older than I am to 25 years older cuz I was just a little kid I was born in 62 I know they had in 67 68 69 so they were adults then while I was just maybe like one look up good they look God blessing for being Christian today I hear that you're over fifty years of marriage when I 51 to 52 years married still together

I love this couple, true love, not this mess of today. I am so jealous of Marilyn, back in the 60s I wanted to be her, talented, famous, beautiful, great dresser, traveler, hippies, fame, and on on . Meeting a good looking man, o boy, I wish I had her life. But, God is good. They'er still a beautiful couple and still can sing. I have a new found love for marilyn, im an aquarius and so looked up the song and this 5th element footage and WOW Marilyn was absolutely stunning, (and still is) i love how the song changed tempo into let the sun shine and marilyn starts dancing really funky, what a stunning woman both physically and spiritually.

They survived their struggles and saw it thru with God in the end. I am so happy that they turned to Jesus and are still with each other. A beautiful story and warms my heart to see them together.

i like it how for billy the interview was going nice and smoothly and suddenly she says oh billy you havent brought up what nearly wrecked our marriage, YOUR DRINKING hahaha though it shouldnt have but that then made me chuckle, it was like she didnt want him getting away without telling the whole world he once had a drink problem.
Met her outside of spa gos a few years ago ,billy was with her .She is still beautiful !
