@@seeker452 nope but there are judges who doesn't show preferences based on your gender. Those few but good judges (male & female) were patience while interacting with new advocates.
Great Judge. All Judges should be like this Judge. Case, subject should be heard, not considering who is advocating the case, Senior advocate or a junior or a low profile advocate. Here the Judge reviewed the case and ordered the right judgements.. congratulations to the young advocate. Ms Mega Naik

Judge was very humble to her, I can't imagine of appearing before court without reading casefile, I've had really bad experiences (for good) in my junior hustle days.
Young advocates should first learn to read and understand the case they are appearing. She was not well prepared yet smiling. These junior lawyers should show some seriousness. All judges may not be so lenient. Hope she learns from this experience.
Spot on, I was watching a hearing in the family court, the lawyer causally started to present the case and the Honorable Judge stopped him and chided him for not presenting himself and the case in a professional manner and he was sent off after giving the next hearing date. Total contempt towards the rules.... Shameful.
My observation...her senior wished to present the case before the judge because he was better prepared, yet the judge persuaded to him that she present. He himself became lenient for reasons best known to him. Then the truth about her preparation came to light. She was smiling because she noted that the judge wants her to present the case (maybe because she was a young girl) even when her senior could have done a better job. I see preference being given to young female when a better prepared, more competent male could have handled better. I suppose the judge also learns what to persuade and what not to.
@@nil417 sorry, beg to differ. When are you standing in front of the Honorable Judge's seat you are expected to know your case and present it when asked to. The Senior Lawyer should have ensured that the young lady was thorough with the case.

I haven't seen such lenient view of any justice. In my two decade old year, this should not be encouraged as the hunger to learn is somewhat missing in the recent enrolled advocates. When some counsel appears to get notice, it is quite obvious that such counsel should be aware about facts.
It's good that hon'ble judge is very cooperative but the advocate lady should also have to be a little responsible and should read her plaint so that these awkward situation shouldn't arise in front of whole courtroom as the other will find her incompetent...... No hate for her 🙏🏻🙏🏻
There is nothing in her argument, lordships appreciated her only because she is female, if any male advocate would had be place of her then possilbly he will be trolled
Bar should hold traning for young advocates and retired judges should be the ones to hold them, this should be made compulsory for every young advocate for a period of 10 years. All these people have the right to argue in their mother tongue in the High Court... But if there is no right to argue in their mother tongue in Tamil Nadu, how can Tamil, the Hindi language that came 200, 300 years ago, be elevated in the Indian constitution and Tamil, the oldest language in the world, which is still alive for 4000 years, can be reduced to a third class language?
