We stopped meal prepping too. We ingredient prep now. Make 10 hard boiled eggs, cook some chicken breasts and salmon for 2 days, cook some brown rice, prep a 2 day salad, chop some onions and peppers, air fry some potatoes, keep some bone broth on hand, make some homemade granola bars for snack or break up over yogurt. This way I can throw some protein over a salad or rice or make a wrap and have separate meals so we’re not eating the same thing every day. This prep takes me an hour for the week.

Brooke that’s a new thing with that corn! I’ve seen it on the side though for school lunch. I love that you get ready for work. I’ve got to do better with putting myself together even if I don’t have to leave the house. Definitely checking out the toner.

I got cute pajamas and they are def cotton. I get too hot for all that silk lol. I get mine from Ross, Target, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Burlington, etc. I’m not about to be sweating in my sleep!!!

I really enjoyed this video. Idk if you’ve been to Trader Joe’s before, but they have some really good meals and they are quick. Which is perfect after those long work days. Also check SHEIN,Fashion Nova, and PLT for cute pajama sets. Affordable and breathable lol. I HATE being hot while I sleep.
