It has been more than 18 years we are still in limbo to have plots in left over blocks of DHA Phase 4. Kindly shed light on this.

There is no update on D to M block of DHA 4 Rawalpindi
why is dha opening new projects...why don't they deliver valley, dha 3, dha 4 left over sectors... Why they opened overseas project of dha 4...so one cannot trust dha too...they open new projects to milk money... when money received then they move to new projects...

DHA is working on new projects to make money that's true as with exhausted funds, no liability can be developed.
Stay away from DHA river south phase. It is a totally flop project. If anyone is planning to invest then sit back and relax for 10-15 years at least. The project is going to be like a DHA valley, which is still a controversial project and failed to deliver on time.
These property dealers will make their commission and innocent people lose their hard earned money.
