Beef Shawarma ala Turks/ Shawarma shack | DIY Shawarma with Garlic Mayo and Cheese Sauce Recipe

- My homemade Beef Shawarma... Mas masarap sa Shawarma shack at Turks kasi hindi tinipid sa ingredients... :)
Ingredients:
1 pack of Tortilla Wrapper (10 pcs.) - just bought in the grocery (savemore)
1/2 kilo of Beef Sukiyaki - Thin sliced beef bought in savemore
3 big tomatoes thinly sliced - ung medyo light pa ung color or green... wag ung red...
1 pc. cucumber thinly sliced
1 white onion thinly sliced
For Garlic Sauce :
2 packs of Ladys choice mayo 80 ml
1 whole garlic chopped finely
3 tsp. garlic powder
For cheese Sauce:
3 tbps. butter
2 tbsp. of flour
1 All purpose cream
1 small can of evap milk
1/2 pack of quick melted cheese
1 tsp. salt
Procedure:
**Beef**
* Slice thw meat in thinly strips
* Saute it in 4 tbsp. of Soy sauce
* Add a little powdered pepper
* Add 1 tbsp. of Sesame oil
* Let it cook until it became tender
**Garlic Sauce**
* Chop the whole garlic
* Use blender to make the garlic liquid
* Add the garlic powder
* Add a 1/4 cup of water
* After blending, put in a container then add the mayonnaise... mix until it blended
**Cheese Sauce**
* In a pre-heated pan, put the butter and let it melt
* Add the flour and mix it with butter until it became blended with butter
* Add the all purpose cream
* Add the evap milk
* Grate the quick melted cheese and add it
* Add a pinch of Salt
You can now make your own Shawarma!!!
I also used oven toaster to preheat the tortilla wrapper...

cream yun hehe, pero mas gusto ko ito sa 4 pang videos napanuod ko puro pork ginamit chaka hindi lasang shawarma tapos walang cheese sauce yung iba. Good job po and thanks for sharing!

ilang days po ang shelf life ng mga sauce? at pde po ilagay ba sa ref?
tumagal nman sya ng 1 week... basta asa ref...

hello paano naman po pag nilagay sa garapon yung cheese tas nilagay sa ref para hindi mapanis, hindi ba sya tumitigas ng sobra pag lumamig po?
Hindi nman po... pwede po sya ilagay sa ref pero much better po kung maconsume sya within a week. Tska pde nyo po sya dagdagan ng water kapag masyadong malapot... 😀
