Liberty Swing at Casey Park, Auburn, NY

The Liberty Swing was installed at the Casey Park Playground in Auburn, NY as part of a community build playground project sponsored by the City of Auburn with funding provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant. The Liberty Swing is an accessible swing for people in wheelchairs as well as people with limited mobility. This video provides a step by step process to explain to users how to utilize the swing.
