I am impressed with your work, everything is designed according to your taste, there is only one in the world and the most important thing is that it must be fast~malaysia boy🇲🇾
Your creations are a joy to watch. You are man of many talents and skills. You are also a perfectionist, and that's what I love about your makes. Also, not yakking about blah blah, and lack of crappy free and loud bg music, is much appreciated by my OCD. ♥
Wonderful build. I'm in the process of fabricating a tilting reverse eelctric trike, so your videos do inspire. Thank you for taking the time to film and share all your projects.
i've been seeing a lot of videos of custom made scooters and electric bikes. This is by far the most elegant, well made and thoroughly built from scratch one so far. I also like how you made it very compact for a scooter with rear suspension
This style of hub motor scooter is my favorite. MTB hardware etc. More BMX here. But good heavy stuff is the point. Nice job with chassis, the deck/ battery box is really well done. Rake angle etc. It's important if you want it handle nicely, right. Looks like it does. 20's great choice. Don't generally comment on these builds. Really like yours. 💯 Nice job.
My Brother, without a doubt the best Project of a Homemade All-Terrain Skateboard that I have seen so far and you have just encouraged me to make one similar, like this, without the same as yours. Wow best DIY E Scooter ive seen so far, well thought out. Clean and efficient execution on design and practicality. Top range specifications all in the palm of your hands to your desired imagination.
Well done! Just keep it original and inspiring. Work techniques, optimism and good will. All respect young man. In these gloomy times, I see that there are people who think and act differently. Be as original as ever, you have the support of us who are watching you. Thank you
Mistrzostwo. No i kup sobie elektryczny wkrętak :)))
Very very nice. All of the specs are much better than most commercial scooters. At least those that are affordable. Excellent job on both the scooter build and video production. I hope you make more.
not quite, just the tires are an obvious advantage but spoked wheels are a disadvantage aswell also it's only ~2200W (48x45A, 2400W peak at max charge) alot of cheap scooters (ali scooters) at ~$1000-1200 have way more capacity (range) and over double that power. otherwise this build is sweet though
Very cool build! I made something similar, only much cheaper and without suspension. In my opinion I'm not sure you need rear suspension at all, front is quite sufficient. It's interesting how hard it is to get speed on a small tire. I'm using 16 inch tires and 1kW motor and I get about 35kmh, but tons of torque. And yours must be even crazier! Around 45kmh must be just perfect and the ride looks super smooth. Great job!! 👍👍
Bravo pour ce super travail 👍❤️😉 propre et appliqué qui nécessite certes de l'outillage mais au final on a la satisfaction d'un boulot réussi et de l'avoir fait soit même.
Much wow!! This is the best build that I ever seen! And this kind of e-scooter is exactly what I imagine my future piece. Off road ability, electric, powerfull... one thing that I would change is tires from fatbike, as wide as possible, maybe 5'' that would be ultimate offroad machine.
Amazing build, not even difficult to replicate with the right tools. The range is impressive! Too bad you can't drive it on the road because the stupid regulations we have.
Good time of the day! I looked at your projects and I want to say that you yourself and your skills in creating electric vehicles are at the highest level. You are fluent in technical and engineering sciences. We say an engineer is not a diploma, but a way of thinking! Wish you luck!!! Sincerely, Alexey Nastenko
Amazing build mate 👏 Its clean and well put together, but in saying that the only cons I have with it personally is the Deck size and Shock placement. Other than that it's a beast
I wish i can come over and learn and go back to my country and train people thereby making my cool money... great invention. Link to buy components please.
I know a lot of these builds are done on a budget, but it would be interesting to see one with a dual crown 200mm travel front fork with 29" wheel, and slacked out to say 62-63 degrees to make it more stable at high speed. Maybe 150-170mm rear travel. Yeah, the center of gravity would be higher, but the offroad capability and stability would be quite good provided the wheelbase was in the 1250+ mm length.
This is an amazing build really well done and thought out only thing missing is a 2 wheel drive system instead of one with that on kind I honestly think if you made that happen would be one of the best scooters on the market just need more speed torque and would be perfect!
Mate I've said it before you are a very talented young man I love watching your projects as they are very interesting and cool to match nice work mate cheers from down under 👍🦘🇦🇺
Very nice scooter. I would give you a 9.5 for both design and build quality. A couple of things I may have done differently or at least would wonder about are... 1) It's disappointing the rim manufacturers don't offer spoke adjuster seats with appropriate angles for the hub diameter and spoke layout you need. This could be done by machining the seats or with press in inserts that provide a flat surface for the nut at the correct angle for the spoke. The ladder idea would be ideal because the person lacing the wheel would be responsible for getting the right insert angle pressed into the rim socket and clocked correctly, although the inserts would be expensive until someone with the right screw machine spit out a few million of them. 2) I'm not familiar with this specific controller (sine-wave controllers rock), but for off-road use, even if you can adjust the ramp up rate to max, I would want more than 22 Amps. 30 to 40 might help you get out of a sticky situation like that rogue patch of invisible sand halfway up a gnarly hill climb. That being said, it is certainly fast enough now for any terrain you might encounter. Bonus points for the air shock and re-enforced head tube!
First of all, this man has mad skills. My chief complaint/concern is that that the suspension divides the deck such that he severely limits his side to side foot movement and if he needs to jump off of the scooter one of his feet might catch on the structure. Could the supports and suspension have been designed to be out of he way, below the deck?
Very good! It is a robust scooter for 200 years :) You positioned and welded the forks without any jig and clamps. In this case how could you prove the geometry, especially the front wheel and the rear wheel to each other?
It's a pleasure to watch someone who knows what he is doing building something.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I am impressed with your work, everything is designed according to your taste, there is only one in the world and the most important thing is that it must be fast~malaysia boy🇲🇾
The range, suspension and torque across uneven terrain is really impressive, well done!
