I have another perspective to share with you.
Do you know that some agents pressurise to buy a property 😅
There have been numerous examples where in there has been tremendous pressure from agents on clients to buy the flat... despite of saying not interested or saying I am also shortlisting another options agents will call you multiple times and sometimes you might miss the important phone calls..
I respect agents for their services, however this is a perspective that I wanted to share... take care 🙂

Dear Sir, I respect your honest feedback, you are 100% right, this is the difference between educative agent & normal agents. You always should go with RERA certified professional agents. They will taken your permission first to talk to you. If anyone is calling continuously, you have full rights to complain about that agent on MAHA RERA.
