for 3 bhk how much is it all inclusive with parking ?

In phase 1 they rented the road to bluff customers, now there is not access road, also if they provide road from Wagholi then how it's upper Kharadi 😅

Rented roads are there, please do not buy.

Sales Team are misguiding. Don't believe in Kohinoor. They took rented road during launch and cheated customers. Even their Agreement draft is completely against customers. Avoid these Builders else you will regret later.

Thanks preeti. I have another perspective to share with you. Do you know that some agents pressurise to buy a property 😅 There have been numerous examples where in there has been tremendous pressure from agents on clients to buy the flat... despite of saying not interested or saying I am also shortlisting another options agents will call you multiple times and sometimes you might miss the important phone calls.. I respect agents for their services, however this is a perspective that I wanted to share... take care 🙂
