- After what we all thought was going to be a wash of a weekend, New Egypt Speedway held on strong so we could see some racing! It was nice being back home for the weekend and being back at the home track. It was a tough race but overall a good night!

Definitely can relate to feeling like you don't belong. I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. Moved to Michigan in 1992. But Pittsburgh has always been home. This past year my mother passed away, and I had to sell my childhood home. Haven't been back to Pittsburgh since...it just doesn't feel like home anymore without mom and my childhood home. So I guess Michigan is home now. Fortunately we have a couple of race tracks here.
Mandee thanks for another great video nice to see bp3 running around having fun it don't matter what track I go to I always feel at home in the pits even if they give me the cold shoulder they have there reasons can't let just anyone in the race family 😁 hope you have a great Easter
New Egypt regulars always welcomed home in my book. What is sad is there is only 2 dirt tracks & 1 paved surface in NJ. Compare that to what you find in PA. & NY. Also how the crowds have dwindled over the years. I remember when if you didnt get there early to stake out your seats you would have to sit with the "Mud People" in turn one. Which by the way are now my preferred seats 😎

As far as feeling "not belonging" or " being a part" is not the way you should be feeling about a situation , especially in racing… Take some time and think about it. It's an important "life lesson" once you figured it out.
