New Apostolic Church Southern Africa | Music - “How Excellent is Thy Loving Kindness” (official)

On Sunday, 07 January 2024, District Apostle Peter Lambert conducted the central AVT New Year’s divine service at Silvertown Congregation. During the service, the much-loved hymn 'How Excellent' was performed.
"How Excellent is Thy Loving Kindness" is a hymn attributed to Charles F. Noyes, drawing inspiration from Psalms 36:7-8. These verses are a profound reflection on God's boundless love and care for humanity. The hymn encapsulates the essence of the Psalm, which marvels at the richness of God's loving-kindness and the protection it offers.
Psalms 36:7-8 reads: "How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings. They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures."
