The water is so good for exercise, just walking out of the swimming pool you can feel the resistance! He didn't want to go in the pool the last time we tried, so went back to the treadmill for a while.
Does he do the "wall kick" ever? When Memphis is in the water treadmill and she starts to get the soggy toes, she will do like a horse kick, and she always hits the wall. Cracks me up!

I wish my physical therapist gave me treats at the end of my sessions...all I get from him is a extra painful shoulder and a lot of sweating. I never knew doing physical therapy on a shoulder/arm could make you sweat, until yesterday. He moved me up a weight, and man I felt it. I can't believe how weak an injury makes a once strong body part weak. Hope K'eyush's therapy is going better than mine.

He's been back on the treadmill for the past 5 or 6 visits, he decided he didn't want to do the pool the last time, so we're back on the treadmill.
