PLURIUM4,5 complex is
Dasan New Town Jingeon District Southern Section

GTLX에 음성인식 조합은 많이 보였어도 WBLX에 음성인식 조합은 신선하네요👍
GTLX으로 대차될거라 예상했지만 WBLX으로 대차된게 의외네요😁😁 거기에다 옵션까지 GOAT입니다
여기 언제 되나 싶었는데 이제야 됐네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 역대급으로 잘 뽑은 케이스 같네요.. 오티스 단지도 기대됩니다

3단지도 현대로 얼마 전에 계약해서
이제 공사를 앞두고 있네요!
음성인식 추가형WB는있는데일반은2번째이네요 그리고대부분은 GTLX인데WB는 그리고 옵션은좋네요 2층이상주황도트까지더해주면좋은데..아쉽 습니다그레도 B1층은 괜찮네요
입대위랑 관리사무소에서 승강기 견적낼때 신경을 엄청 쓰신게 느껴지네요..ㅎㅎ
플루리움으로 이름이 바뀐 뒤 부터
노후화에 뒤쳐지지 않기위해
이것저것 노력을 많이 하는 것 같습니다.
@@파어스플루리움 3단지도 6월 21일경에 현대랑 한대당 7700만원대에 수의계약했던데 여기만큼 잘뽑혔으면 좋겠단 생각이 듭니다..ㅎㅎ

기타층 표시기는 주황도트네요...
아직도 주황도트를 적용하는 건물이 좀....
수도권 1, 2 권역은 대부분 주황도트입니다.
에어컨이 나올까요???
