A property like that costs a lot less to build and if it was placed 10 miles further from the city it would be cheaper. I’m not stupid, I know the asking prices reflect demand but it doesn’t mean a person is getting value for money. With that money, one can buy a plot in a beautiful place and build a much better home so yes it is overpriced 😂
