    Fantastic review mate. After watching tried to pick one up here today in Perth, but the local dealers only have the 520iLX in stock. I didn’t know what the differences were, so I’ve ordered in the 525. Thanks again for demonstrating the benefits of the unit!

    Totally agree with your review. I’ve been running mine since Xmas and it’s just brilliant. Love the head and line feed system whereas I’ve always run speed feeds previously. It’s the light weight and balance that sets this machine apart. It’s a pleasure to use all day. Great review.

    I finally took the plunger and purchased this. Had to save alot to get it but couldn't be happier. The balance, power and quiet operation is an unbeatable combo. Very happy with my purchase and glad to see the back of my two stroke!

    • @lovelawns
      @lovelawns  5 месяцев назад +1

      @mad4tar77 very hard to answer that question accurately. Depends on loads of different things. But on average you get about the same as a tank and half or two tanks for petrol in something like the 525LSt as an example.

      @@fastchill Having owned the 535iRXT since they came out 4 or 5 years, the Ergo feed is great and the original is still working today, from time to time that it doesn't engage you can manual release the cord easily , generally the cause would be wrapping the cord to tight around the spindle or some cord can be a bit sticky or grippy which doesn't allow the release , a quick fix could be loosely wrap cord around spindle or turn the power speed up on the brushcutter , it has 3 speeds and I generally only need it on speed 1, can help release the cord , but in saying that it works 99% of the time and is a great feature of the brush cutter, hope that helps any, cheers

    The professional presentation of your channel its bloody awesome . Love the Husqvarna gear as all my battery is with them . With 525 it's a dedicated whipper ? so unlike the previous model where you have the ability to change form whip to hedge to pole saw to edger etc is not possible ?? but that's ok so I am going to get that and use my multi with the other stuff for sure .
    Mate just love what you have presented thank you so much !

    • @lovelawns
      @lovelawns  8 месяцев назад +2

      Thanks for the kind comments Geoff, really appreciate the feedback! Yes the 525iLXT in this video is the dedicated whippy, they also have the 525iLK which is the multi tool version of this with slightly more power than the 325 and iPX4 rated. However, I’ve done what you are intending to do and have this as my whippy and now use the 2 325s that i have for all my other attachments. One lives with the blade edger and the other has the pole saw / long reach hedger on it now, works great. Less swapping around etc. Thanks again for watching mate 👍

    Sound, filming, and editing are all excellent along with the review content. The technical aspects of this production give viewers a great understanding of how this unit sounds in use which conveys the applied power in several settings, and also the balance for the operator and is supported with good angles of view/light to go with the sound. Good to know the 300's are available again, I have seven from 2018 still running strong and thought they had been removed from availability in favour of lower Ah models.

    I have one on the way. It should be here within a couple weeks.
    I bought a 320 iL but that gave out on me within a week. It seems like a factory defect. They did a diagnostic and it didn't turn anything up but it continually shuts down and sometimes won't turn on at all. I am confident the 525 will be good though.

    Great review mate. 5kg with the battery is very light compared to the other battery trimmers. I’ve got the Ego stx4500 and it is 6.5kg with a 5.0ah. I love the power of it but if I wasn’t so invested in the Ego platform I would definitely purchase the Husqvarna trimmer.

    • @lovelawns
      @lovelawns  8 месяцев назад

      Thanks mate. I also have the Ego STX4500 and really like that unit too. But it is heavy, as you say. Great power tho. Thats a very close second to this being my favourite trimmer. Some days I think i prefer that one and others its the Husqvarna. It’s weird, both are top of the game.

    Hey mate,I just picked one up. Only just had a quick play so far, but it feels very good. I'm keen to get out and give it a good go. Just one question: What cord do you use with it? I noticed it has 2mm cord. However, i usually use 2.4mm. I guess it will just reduce run time a little.

    Great review. Not available in the United States. Maybe soon? I don’t know. Husqvarna doesn’t seem to think of North America as a big market. They make me shake my head with their marketing decisions.
    Also my 525iLST has a steel plate on the underside but it’s pretty thin steel. And I’m on the coast. It rusted in less than a year due to the salt air. Took it off.

      Thanks mate. Hopefully you’ll see it soon over there. It’s a great bit of kit. Interesting point about the metal cover. I didn’t really think about that. I’m by the coast too as most people are in Australia so maybe that’s the reason it doesn’t come with one here? Although the ones on my petrol trimmers have never rusted so don’t know.

    Really excellent machine, I've been using it a few months full time, but mine broke unfortunately and sitting in a shop for who knows how long until fixed. Bent shaft allegedly but I can't confirm, there's a rattling noise and vibration coming from the top of the shaft or inside the head near the motor somewhere.
